How to Book
If you would like to book your experience or simply receive more information, please visit our Contact page and fill out the short form. We will personally reply to check availability and organize every detail of your adventure. When sending your message, it would be very helpful if you could indicate the size of your group, specifying the number of adults, teens (12–17) and children (under 12), and the ages of children if applicable, so we can plan the experience in the best possible way.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you’re unable to attend and don’t notify us in advance, unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable. However, if the weather turns severe or conditions make the walk unsafe, we’ll offer you a chance to reschedule or receive a full refund.
You’re also welcome to modify or cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance and receive a full refund of your deposit—no questions asked.
